Firstly a local Essex Newspaper is looking to write a follow up story to recent research;
So have you recently returned to work after maternity leave?DID you suffer from discrimination when you returned to work after maternity leave?
If so, you are not alone. A recent study by law firm Slater & Gordon showed that 15 per cent of 2,000 new mothers surveyed said they were overlooked for promotions after returning to work.
In addition, of the 40 per cent of women who said they returned to a changed position, almost half (45.53 per cent) felt that the job they returned to was somehow worse than the job they departed from.
We are looking for women who are happy to talk about their experiences of returning to work.
Maybe you had a positive reaction from your workplace and they supported you through maternity leave.
