If you don't take action on it in the first 24 hours, you are more than likely NOT to take action at all.

I could go into the details and the technical stuff on why that's the case. But I won't. The fact is. Action has to happen fast, like lightening, immediately, it needs to be smoking hot!

A question I always pose clients is WHEN will you be taking this action?

If their reply is tomorrow/after the weekend/when I've finished this - then I push them as to why and help them create the right level of value and importance about achieving the goal by taking the action, to ensure they get the results they want and don't risk failure.

If you don't factor in today where you are going to take the action, how are you going to get the results you want?
